She went straight to work and put our together that day. Our offer was soon accepted a couple days later! As we moved through the process smoothly, we ended up having a closing date that would fall on my birthday! How awesome would that be!? Then we had obstacles that would now push the closing date out more and more. Little did I know Kiana went to work behind the scenes and was able to close the deal right on my birthday as planned. We ended up not only finding our dream home, but also received the best birthday gift ever. We are forever grateful that Kiana and her team went above and beyond (For over 1 year!) to help us get into not only the exact area we wanted in Granite Bay, but at a price we could afford, and into the property of our dreams! I would give Real 20 stars if I could. There’s no one else I’d ever use for my future real estate needs.
Fantastic Experience! Kiana is an extremely knowledgeable broker with excellent communication skills. We sold our house at the right time and at a great price. We couldn't be happier. Kiana had a great understanding of the pivoting market and took personal interest in our property from beginning to end. Her marketing techniques did the trick. She always maintained a positive attitude and did extra work to ensure that we (seller) and the buyer were happy. The staging team, Kristin and Erica did a wonderful transformation to our living spaces and the video/photographer did an outstanding job. Kiana and Real are seriously the best and we cannot recommend them highly enough! We had a rental property that needed a bit of work to get it market-ready. Kiana stepped in and took care of everything. She used her network of vendors to get the house up to par in a relatively short time considering the market we were in. This saved us so much headache and stress.
