Mariel Cooper-Keitel is a dedicated real estate professional proudly serving Placer and Sacramento region and surrounding communities. Since becoming a licensed agent in 2021, she has made it her mission to simplify the real estate process and advocate for her clients with transparency, care, and precision.

Before entering residential real estate sales, Mariel built a solid foundation in the housing industry. In 2018, she began working in leasing, gaining firsthand experience with rental negotiations, tenant relations, and the day-to-day operations of property management. In 2020, she transitioned into the public sector, working with the Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency. There, she deepened her understanding of affordable housing programs, compliance, and the unique housing challenges faced by individuals and families across the region.

These early experiences gave Mariel a deep respect for the value and responsibility that come with homeownership. Today, she uses that knowledge to guide her clients—whether they’re purchasing their first home, upgrading to a new space, or selling a longtime property with deep emotional ties.
